Nevada Gaming Commission Approves SPIELO's prodiGi Vu® Cabinet And Sensys EP™ Platform

02/25/2011

(MONCTON, CANADA) – (February 25, 2011) – Spielo Manufacturing ULC (SPIELO), a subsidiary of Lottomatica Group S. p. A., today announced that at a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, the Nevada Gaming Commission unconditionally approved SPIELO’s prodiGi Vu® cabinet, including the powerful sensys EP™ platform, for sale in the State of Nevada.

The Commission issued the approval in response to the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s decision on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 to approve the prodiGi Vu and sensys EP after they were successfully tested for conformance with technical standards.

The Board’s recommendation follows a successful field trial of 12 prodiGi Vu cabinets at the Bellagio Las Vegas between December 2010 and January 2011.

SPIELO intends to distribute the value-driven prodiGi Vu cabinet, the new sensys EP platform, and a library of compelling game titles to customers in Nevada through ATRONIC Americas LLC, which is also a subsidiary of Lottomatica. ATRONIC Americas has held Nevada gaming manufacturer and distributor licenses to manufacture and distribute ATRONIC products since 1998. ATRONIC will maintain its licenses and continue to support its products currently operating in Nevada.

SPIELO was granted its gaming manufacturer and distributor licenses by the Commission in January, 2010. SPIELO expects to introduce the prodiGi Vu and the sensys EP to the Nevada market in mid-2011.

“Nevada is one of the world’s most dynamic and competitive casino markets, and its regulations are among the most stringent. We’re pleased with the successful completion of this final step toward SPIELO’s entry into the market, which will allow Nevada operators to benefit from our products’ performance and value,” said SPIELO President and CEO Victor Duarte.

“We’re looking forward to seeing our Nevada casino partners experience the prodiGi Vu’s player-tested performance and our extensive library of compelling games.”
